Asking questions

Questions should be easy to understand, and give people the opportunity to shape their own answers.

Which is the better question?

	a)	Can you tell me your full name, age, address, when your condition started and who your doctor is?
	b)	Can you tell me your full name and address
	c)	Can you describe your condition as you experience it?
	d)	Many people find your condition has embarrassing side effects, have you experienced these?
	e)	We have worked very hard and spent a lot of money on improving the clinic, is there anything you would like to complain about?
	f)	Can you tell me what you thought about the clinic you attended last Wednesday?
